What UAE homeowners ask us most before starting a home automation project.
How much does a smart home system cost in Dubai?
It depends on the size of the property, which systems you want and whether the home is under construction or already finished. We give you a written quote after a consultation and, where needed, a site visit.
Can you automate an existing home without rewiring?
In most cases, yes. Wireless switches, curtain motors, locks and sensors can be added to a finished villa or apartment with little or no wall work. New builds and renovations can use wired systems planned from the start.
Which systems can I control from one app?
Lighting, air conditioning, curtains and blinds, gates, smart locks, CCTV cameras, intercoms, audio and home cinema can all run from one app, wall keypads or your voice.
Do you install CCTV and video intercoms?
Yes. We install indoor and outdoor CCTV, including Hikvision and Dahua systems, plus video intercoms for gates and front doors, all viewable on your phone.
Do you work in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?
Yes. We are based in Dubai and take on smart home projects in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
What happens after installation?
We hand over the system, show you how everything works, and stay your point of contact for changes, new scenes, updates and service.
