About this project
Nexora designed and installed a smart home system for this penthouse in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The scope covers Lighting scenes, Motorised blinds, Climate control, with Home cinema, Multi-room audio, Video intercom completing the system. A penthouse lives on its views, so the blinds, lighting and climate all follow the time of day automatically.
Everything runs from one app and from scene keypads around the home, so daily routines — leaving, coming home, evenings, and nights — happen with one tap instead of ten switches. As with all Nexora installations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, the system was planned around the floor plan and how the family actually lives in the home, then wired, networked and handed over with one team to call for changes and support.
