About this project
Nexora designed and installed a smart home system for this office in Business Bay, Dubai. The scope covers Access control, Smart lighting control, Meeting room AV, with CCTV, Mesh Wi-Fi, AC control completing the system. The network came first: a solid wired backbone, then access control and meeting-room control on top of it.
Everything runs from one app and from scene keypads around the home, so daily routines — leaving, coming home, evenings, and nights — happen with one tap instead of ten switches. As with all Nexora installations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, the system was planned around the floor plan and how the family actually lives in the home, then wired, networked and handed over with one team to call for changes and support.
