About this project
Nexora designed and installed a smart home system for this villa in Wadi Al Safa 5, Dubai. The scope covers Facade lighting, Landscape lighting, AC control, with CCTV, Gate automation, Irrigation control completing the system. The architecture does the talking at night: facade and landscape lighting were designed with the villa itself.
Everything runs from one app and from scene keypads around the home, so daily routines — leaving, coming home, evenings, and nights — happen with one tap instead of ten switches. As with all Nexora installations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, the system was planned around the floor plan and how the family actually lives in the home, then wired, networked and handed over with one team to call for changes and support.
