About this project
Nexora designed and installed a smart home system for this apartment in Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai. The scope covers Smart lighting control, AC control, Smart curtains, with Scene keypads, Video doorbell, Mesh Wi-Fi completing the system. Another no-damage retrofit: keypads, curtains and AC, all running from one app with no chasing.
Everything runs from one app and from scene keypads around the home, so daily routines — leaving, coming home, evenings, and nights — happen with one tap instead of ten switches. As with all Nexora installations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, the system was planned around the floor plan and how the family actually lives in the home, then wired, networked and handed over with one team to call for changes and support.
